Chau has been in management positions in admin, operations, and accounting in businesses since 1998. Chau began her career working for the Hanoi National University and developed into the operations manager in Vietnam’s 3rd largest 100% foreign/Australian-owned school. She managed up to 2,000 students, 50 staff and overseeing several large training contracts for key clients including Vietnam Airlines, Mobifone, a host of Vietnamese government departments, large multinational hotels and many international corporate. This led to her marrying an Australian and moving to Brisbane.
She has commercial experiences working in franchising management and 6 years as admin manager for an organic wholesale and retail food company where she managed many farmer supplier accounts. Chau is a passionate organic food and regenerative farming advocate. Because she has been involved at all stages of the business life cycle in several ventures she brings good business sense and practical administration and operational skills at corporate level required to run any business on a daily basis.
