Terry is co-founder of Green Agriventures. He feels deeply connected to farming having spent his teenage and early adult years working on farms. He also worked with bloodstock for many years on a 750 horse stud farm with his Father and Uncle who were jockeys and trainers. He has been involved in early stage and growth ventures for over 35 years having founded, built, and exited several businesses. Since 2007 he has been in the Venture Capital industry consulting to SMEs and early-stage growth companies. He was a co-investor and on the original board of the Gold Coast based Venture Forth Capital which he exited to establish SME Venture Capital in Brisbane which assists early-stage growth ventures. Terry has a strong background in business development, capital raising and strategy.
He has also been involved in the food and beverage industry and various retail concepts developing franchising systems. Terry is still involved in the organic food supply chain and distribution. He founded Your Organic Markets & Organic Farms Market wholesale which distributes east coast Australia direct from organic farms to retail and wholesale customers. The group built a 4,000+ membership customer base and distribution network of over 300 organic and health-oriented wholesale base. Terry offers many years of experience in supply chain, distribution, and business development. As a corporate thinker with on-the-ground execution and operational experience in an array of services, retail and food businesses, Terry brings authentic value add. Terry is passionate about organic and authentic regenerative farming and agribusiness and he loves it when he gets a change to muster and crack a whip. He is highly motivated to bring value add to Green Agriventures.
