Ginny has lifelong love and deep passion for the land and had beginnings as a drover in her earlier years. She brings an authentic depth with practical, strategic and knowledge base which includes 35 years’ experience in large scale holistic and regenerative agriculture. She grew her own beef operation from 200 head to 2,000 head over 5 years.
Ginny is a true value add Entrepreneur having also worked for other corporate agricultural related groups including 15 years in property development including rural banking and development finance. As a business strategy consultant, she worked with rural and other businesses from start-up to $100M with succession planning, growth, and financial modelling.
Ginny founded another company called Agreventures and has a commitment to promoting food security, farmers, and regenerative agriculture – she believes one of the keys to this is connecting farmers with everyday people through partnerships and that Green Agriventures is a prefect vehicle created for this.
She can combine her extensive practical experience and passion in land and livestock management with creative visionary thinking using the principles of holistic agriculture to create win-win solutions that work for all stakeholders and the environment.
