2023 Green Agriventures cattle muster at Pikedale

December 23 mustering was hot, humid and dusty. Our North Pikedale property consists of about 27,000 acres (11,000 hectares approx.). It’s pretty big and takes time to go to all corners of the place to muster all the cattle and then another job to sort them. We get them into the yards for sorting, checking health and quality, separating calves and weiners, selecting cull animals, tagging, branding etc. It is a whole lot of work, but also a great time with a toughened team.
